Amazing what you can do with just a crayola.

May or may not be influenced by a recent trip to the softplay area this weekend.

For Inktober this year I’m practicing some larger drawing skills (for graphic recording). Early lessons

    1. Keep your letters consistent (whoops)
    2. Make sure your ink isn’t running out!
    3. I wish I had considered how much space I would have for everything ✍️

Made it to Essen. Found curry. Everything is okay.

How I currently feel after trying to make a “simple” solution that “shouldn’t take too long.”

Made myself a little reminder of this classic quote from @patrickrhone

“Saying No Is Actually Saying Yes To Other Things”

This week I learned how to make fake latte art because I came up with a terrible Pun about my company’s name. So for your pleasure, here’s the Pompom spiced latte (I actually have some pumpkin spiced syrup and we were going to make this for real as the founder can do latte art. But he’s looking after his kids at home for the next few weeks).

A coffe with the pompom logo in it.

Welcome to the low-cal calzone zone.

A really fun task for our latest release in Pompom was making a summary slide that looks like those Apple release summaries. Thankfully, someone made a figma template which was a massive help.

As I was preparing a social post for Pompom and checked up my podcast listening statistics.

    Just a few.

    What are yours?

    The Royal Castle in Chęciny

    Orange juice and espresso.

    Swięty Krzyż

I’m willing to bet a few microblogranauts will like this: Psalm Prayers — Instagram.

Miniature world in Sabat Krajno, Poland. (Yes, that’s the twin towers).

    Bałtow dinosaur park.

I picked up a travel MacBook charger (with two other ports) so now I have a desk charger and an on the go charger. Not having to fiddle with cables every time I go to the office is great.

I recently made a sketchnote summary of Anne-Laura Le Cunff’s article on neurodiversity and thought I’d share it here too.

    Trying something a bit different.

I love my new counterfeit Apple Watch strap. A bit too big though.
