Summary: Intermittent Fasting is the best cure.
I’ve struggled with brain fog recently, especially since covid times. I thought it was long covid (and there may be something related to that) but reading the list of causes (Medications, caffeine, social media, insomnia, lack of exercise, poor nutrition, stress) made me realise that I’m definitely not helping myself!
I’m not going to take this video as the only source of authority, but certainly some of it matches my quarter goals around health.
Also, this is just a really well created video.
